Job Requirements

  • minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment
  • must be able to open and close shifts as needed
  • prefer some experience using a computer and register (POS) system
  • show up to work on time, well-groomed with a clean uniform ready to work
  • stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
  • able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks

Job Duties

  • assist and support the General Manager in meeting store goals including covering for the General Manager’s days off
  • drive operational excellence by driving sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
  • follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices are followed by shift team
  • assure daily bank cash deposits and verify daily credit card batch settlement
  • maintain permanent food safety and restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company policy and Wingstop SOP
  • assure that all food is handled, prepared, and served in accordance with Wingstop’s SOP
  • engage in professional conversation with customers to assure that their satisfaction is met
  • address all HR matters that occur during your shift in accordance with the company’s policies
  • complete weekly inventory and prepare and submit food and supply orders
  • perform daily tasks including but not limited to chicken counts, Figure 8, position assignments, position task completions, open workflow, cash draw deposits, and closing workflow
  • assist all other positions when necessary
  • work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
