Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment
  • Must be able to open and close shifts as needed
  • Prefer some experience using a computer and register POS system
  • Ability to work standing for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Full mobility of hands and arms
  • Must follow Wingstop standard operating procedures and company policies
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment

  • Ability to open and close shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Assist and support the General Manager in meeting store goals including covering for the General Manager’s days off
  • Drive operational excellence by managing sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
  • Follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash handling by shift team
  • Assure daily bank cash deposits and verify daily credit card batch settlement
  • Maintain permanent food safety and restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company policies and Wingstop SOP
  • Ensure all food is handled, prepared, and served according to Wingstop’s standard operating procedures
  • Engage in professional conversation with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Address HR matters occurring during shift in line with company policies
  • Complete weekly inventory and prepare and submit food and supply orders
  • Perform daily operational tasks including chicken counts, figure 8, position assignments, position task completions, open workflow, cash draw deposits, and closing workflow
  • Assist all other positions as necessary
  • Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
