Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment
- Must be able to open and close shifts as needed
- Prefer some experience using a computer and register POS system
- Ability to work standing for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Full mobility of hands and arms
- Must follow Wingstop standard operating procedures and company policies
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist and support the General Manager in meeting store goals including covering for the General Manager’s days off
- Drive operational excellence by managing sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
- Follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash handling by shift team
- Assure daily bank cash deposits and verify daily credit card batch settlement
- Maintain permanent food safety and restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company policies and Wingstop SOP
- Ensure all food is handled, prepared, and served according to Wingstop’s standard operating procedures
- Engage in professional conversation with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Address HR matters occurring during shift in line with company policies
- Complete weekly inventory and prepare and submit food and supply orders
- Perform daily operational tasks including chicken counts, figure 8, position assignments, position task completions, open workflow, cash draw deposits, and closing workflow
- Assist all other positions as necessary
- Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
