Job Duties
- support general manager in all day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- direct operations when the general manager is not present
- maximize the culture of the restaurant and guest experience during their shift
- enforce all company and government policies and communicate policy changes
- assist in accomplishing team and company goals
- work in all positions when needed
- maintain excellent customer service and operational goals above standard
- address all customer cases within 24 hours
- maintain a guest-first culture
- manage team members' compliance with company standards
- drive positive team member engagement and retention
- ensure all company procedures are followed
- train new team members
- maintain 5-star quality and service control status
- conduct weekly self-evaluations and corrective actions
- maintain office supplies
- complete monthly inventory counts
- follow cash management policies
- monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds
- control food costs
- manage product ordering and inventory
- monitor employee meals
- assist in staffing and reduce turnover
- conduct pre-shift huddles
- complete operational tasks and forms timely
- ensure restaurant safety including food and personal safety
- maintain professional conduct
- solve operational problems
- expedite work when alone without another supervisor
- lift up to 50-pound boxes
- work maximum 40 hours per week
