Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in restaurant supervision or leadership role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Ability to handle cash and perform inventory duties accurately
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to follow company policies and government regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
  • Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Availability to work up to 40 hours per week and to be relocated if necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency in cash handling and inventory management
  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills for completing operational reports

Job Duties

  • Work towards accomplishing team and company goals including assisting in all positions when needed
  • Assist the General Manager with tasks as needed and direct operations in their absence
  • Ensure excellent customer service and operational goals are consistently above standard via the Ops Scorecard
  • Maintain Ops Scorecard goals including dissatisfaction at 5%, accuracy at 4%, WingYOU at 95%, and QSC at 5 Star
  • Address all SMG customer cases within 24 hours including follow-up on outstanding cases
  • Maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
  • Work varying shifts and monitor hours to avoid unauthorized overtime
  • Ensure team member compliance with company standards including handbook and uniform standards
  • Achieve and maintain operational excellence by following all company procedures
  • Train all team members fully including new hires
  • Maintain 5-Star QSC status by correcting corporate QSC issues promptly
  • Conduct weekly QSC self-evaluations and discuss results with management
  • Maintain office supplies to par levels monthly
  • Assist in monthly inventory counts
  • Follow all cash management and handling policies
  • Monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds during shifts
  • Control food costs and manage product ordering to avoid shortages
  • Monitor employee meal usage
  • Assist in staffing and minimizing turnover including interviewing potential employees
  • Delegate work duties during pre-shift huddles
  • Complete Zenput tasks and forms on time
  • Ensure restaurant safety including food safety and cleanliness
  • Complete Time and Temperature logs as needed and verify all product dates
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Act as problem solver and expedite when working without another supervisor
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work maximum 40 hours per week unless approved by Area Coach
  • Accept potential reassignment to different restaurant locations based on business needs
  • Adapt to changing business needs and company policies as required
