Job Duties
- support the General Manager in day-to-day operations
- direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager
- enforce company and government policies
- maximize the culture and guest experience during shifts
- assist in all positions when needed
- ensure excellent customer service and operational goals are met
- maintain operational goals such as dissatisfaction rate, accuracy, WingYOU score, and QSC rating
- address all SMG customer cases within 24 hours
- maintain a guest-first culture
- work varying shifts
- monitor employee work hours and avoid unauthorized overtime
- ensure team compliance with company standards and positive engagement
- achieve operational excellence following company procedures
- provide complete training to team members
- maintain 5-star QSC status and conduct weekly QSC self-evaluations
- manage office supplies and monthly inventory counts
- follow cash handling policies and monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds
- control food costs and manage product ordering and QA tickets
- monitor employee meals utilization
- assist in interviewing and staffing to reduce turnover
- delegate duties through pre-shift huddles
- complete Zenput tasks timely
- maintain restaurant safety including food safety and cleanliness
- complete Time and Temperature logs
- remain professional at all times
- act as a problem solver
- expedite without additional supervisor when needed
- lift up to 50 pounds
- work max 40 hours unless approved
- adapt to business location changes
