Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Associate degree or higher in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Experience with Wingstop operations or similar quick-service restaurant chains preferred
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Leadership training or certification preferred
  • Bilingual abilities, especially in English and Spanish, preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with company standards and health regulations
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste to optimize cost control
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Prepare staff schedules to meet business demands while controlling labor costs
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, sanitation, and operational policies and procedures
  • Assist in financial reporting and contribute to achieving sales targets and profitability
