Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and cash handling procedures
- Proficient in inventory management and ordering processes
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy including use of operational scorecards and electronic task forms
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and team engagement
Job Duties
- Work towards accomplishing team and company goals, including assisting in all positions when needed
- Assist the General Manager with tasks as needed and operate the store in their absence
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational goals above standard via the Ops Scorecard
- Maintain Ops Scorecard goals such as dissatisfaction at 5%, accuracy at 4%, WingYOU at 95%, and QSC rating of 5 Star
- Address all SMG customer cases within 24 hours and follow up on outstanding cases
- Maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
- Work varying shifts and manage labor hours to avoid overtime unless approved
- Enforce company standards and drive positive team member engagement and retention
- Achieve operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Train all Team Members fully, including new employees
- Maintain 5-Star QSC status by correcting issues and completing CAP on time
- Conduct weekly QSC Self-Evaluations and discuss results with management
- Maintain office supplies at par levels
- Assist in monthly inventory counts
- Follow all cash management and handling policies
- Monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds during shifts
- Control food costs to drive operational excellence
- Manage product ordering, submit QA tickets, and complete inventory accurately
- Monitor employee meals usage each shift
- Assist in staffing and minimize turnover by embodying core company values
- Delegate work duties through pre-shift huddles
- Complete Zenput tasks and forms timely
- Ensure restaurant safety including food safety, personal safety, and cleanliness
- Complete Time and Temperature logs and verify all dates in the restaurant
- Maintain professionalism on company property and in communication
- Act as a problem solver
- Expedite when working without another Supervisor and ensure a Supervisor or GM is in the pilot position
- Lift up to 50-pound boxes
- Work a maximum of 40 hours per week unless approved by Area Coach
- Be flexible to work in different restaurant locations as business needs dictate
- Adapt to changes as required by business or company policy changes
