Job Duties

  • support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
  • direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager
  • ensure excellent customer service and operational goals via the Ops Scorecard
  • maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
  • assist in training and retaining team members
  • conduct weekly QSC self-evaluations and manage corporate QSC issues
  • monitor cash management policies including paid outs, voids, and refunds
  • manage product ordering and inventory accurately
  • delegate work duties through pre-shift huddles
  • ensure restaurant safety and cleanliness standards
  • assist with staffing and employee interviews
  • complete administrative tasks such as Zenput forms and inventory counts
  • control food costs and monitor employee meals
  • maintain professional conduct with guests and team members
  • lift up to 50-pound boxes
