Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience
  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication and leadership capabilities
  • capability to enforce company policies and safety standards
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • reliable and punctual
  • adherence to company code of conduct
  • willingness to assist in all restaurant positions as needed

Job Duties

  • support general manager in day-to-day operations
  • direct restaurant operations in general manager’s absence
  • enforce company and government policies
  • maintain a guest-first culture
  • assist in all restaurant positions
  • achieve and maintain ops scorecard goals
  • address customer service cases within 24 hours
  • ensure team member compliance with company standards
  • train team members in all positions
  • complete weekly quality self-evaluation
  • manage office supplies and inventory
  • oversee cash handling and food cost control
  • order and monitor product inventory
  • assist in hiring and employee retention
  • delegate work duties and lead pre-shift huddles
  • complete necessary administrative tasks
  • ensure restaurant safety and cleanliness
  • maintain professionalism
  • operate as lead supervisor when necessary
  • lift up to 50-pound boxes
  • work varied shifts up to 40 hours per week
