Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to handle cash and follow cash management policies
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to train and motivate team members
- Competency in managing inventory and operational tasks
- Must be professional and guest-oriented
- Ability to solve problems efficiently
- Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week with approved overtime
- Must maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to adapt to restaurant location changes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills for task completion
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Direct operations during the General Manager's absence
- Enforce company and government policies
- Maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
- Assist in accomplishing team and company goals
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational goals via the Ops Scorecard
- Address all SMG customer cases within 24 hours
- Provide training to new and current team members
- Conduct QSC Self-Evaluations weekly and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory counts and maintain office supplies
- Follow cash handling and cash management procedures
- Monitor all paid outs, voids, and refunds
- Control food costs and manage product ordering
- Delegate work duties and conduct pre-shift huddles
- Complete Zenput tasks and forms timely
- Ensure food safety, personal safety, and cleanliness
- Maintain professional communication with guests and staff
- Expedite service when working without another supervisor
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Work a maximum of 40 hours per week unless approved
- Adapt to changes in restaurant location or business needs
- Foster team member engagement and retention
- Assist in interviewing potential employees
- Maintain 5-Star QSC status by correcting corporate QSC issues timely
