Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
- Direct operations when the General Manager is absent
- Maximize restaurant culture and guest experience during shifts
- Enforce company and government policies
- Communicate policy changes to employees
- Assist in accomplishing team and company goals
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational goals
- Maintain Ops Scorecard standards
- Address all customer cases within 24 hours
- Promote a guest-first culture
- Work varying shifts
- Monitor hours worked and overtime approvals
- Ensure team member compliance with company standards
- Drive positive team engagement and retention
- Achieve operational excellence and follow procedures
- Train new team members fully
- Maintain 5-Star QSC status and complete CAP tasks
- Conduct weekly QSC self-evaluations
- Manage office supplies and complete inventory counts
- Follow cash management and handling policies
- Monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds
- Control food costs effectively
- Manage product ordering and inventory
- Monitor employee meal use
- Assist staffing and turnover reduction efforts
- Participate in interviewing candidates
- Delegate work duties via pre-shift huddles
- Complete Zenput tasks timely
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of restaurant
- Complete Time and Temperature logs
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Solve problems efficiently
- Expedite when working solo as supervisor
- Lift up to 50-pound boxes
- Work up to 40 hours per week
