Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant environment
  • Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capability to manage cash and follow cash handling procedures
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to adhering to company and government policies
  • Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week with occasional approved overtime
  • Availability to be transferred within the market if needed
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II in day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Direct operations during absence of senior leadership
  • Maximize restaurant culture and guest experience while running shifts
  • Enforce all company and government policies and communicate policy changes to employees
  • Work towards accomplishing team and company goals while assisting in all positions as needed
  • Ensure excellent customer service and meet operational goals via the Ops Scorecard
  • Maintain dissatisfaction under 5 percent and accuracy above 96 percent
  • Address all customer service cases within 24 hours
  • Maintain a guest-first culture
  • Work varying shifts and monitor hours to avoid unauthorized overtime
  • Ensure team compliance with company standards and drive team engagement
  • Achieve and maintain operational excellence while following procedures
  • Train new team members and ensure all staff are trained fully
  • Follow cash management policies and monitor cash handling
  • Monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds during shifts
  • Drive sales and control labor and food costs
  • Manage employee meals appropriately
  • Assist in staffing and minimizing turnover
  • Delegate duties through pre-shift huddles
  • Complete required forms and tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness
  • Complete time and temperature logs and verify stock dates
  • Ensure weekly and monthly cleaning schedules are met
  • Manage repair work orders and equipment needs
  • Oversee pest control measures
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications
  • Problem solve and expedite when required
  • Be capable of lifting 50-pound boxes
  • Work up to 40 hours per week unless approved otherwise
  • Accept location changes within the market based on business needs
  • Adapt to changes in company policies and procedures
