Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in restaurant supervision or related field preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in restaurant supervision or management preferred

  • experience with cash handling and financial procedures

  • familiarity with restaurant operational scorecards such as SMG, QSC, and WingYou

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II in daily restaurant operations
  • direct operations in their absence
  • maximize the restaurant culture and guest experience during shifts
  • enforce company and government policies and communicate changes
  • work towards accomplishing team and company goals
  • assist in all restaurant positions as needed
  • ensure excellent customer service and operational goals via "Ops Scorecard"
  • maintain Ops Scorecard goals including dissatisfaction, accuracy, WingYOU, and QSC
  • address all SMG customer cases within 24 hours on your shift
  • maintain a guest-first culture
  • work varying shifts and manage hours
  • ensure team compliance with company standards
  • achieve operational excellence and follow procedures
  • train all Team Members fully, including new hires
  • follow all cash management policies
  • monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds
  • drive sales and control labor and food costs
  • monitor employee meals
  • assist in staffing and reduce turnover
  • delegate duties through pre-shift huddles
  • complete Zenput tasks/forms timely
  • ensure restaurant safety regarding food, personal, and cleanliness
  • complete Time and Temperature logs and verify dates
  • complete weekly and monthly cleaning
  • maintain repair and equipment work orders
  • manage pest control needs
  • maintain professionalism with guests and staff
  • problem solve as needed
  • expedite when working without another supervisor
  • able to lift up to 50-pound boxes
  • work a maximum of 40 hours per week unless approved
  • adapt to business needs and company changes
