Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant supervisory or management experience
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- available to work varying shifts and a maximum of 40 hours per week unless approved
- knowledge of company policies and government regulations
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain professionalism
- must be a problem solver
- authorized use of overtime must be approved by Area Coach

Job Duties
- support the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II in daily operations
- direct restaurant operations in the absence of senior management
- enforce company and government policies
- communicate policy changes to team members
- maintain a guest-first culture
- ensure excellent customer service and operational goals are met
- address customer cases within 24 hours
- assist in all team positions as needed
- manage cash handling and cash management policies
- train new team members
- drive sales and control labor and food costs
- monitor employee meal usage
- conduct pre-shift huddles and delegate tasks
- maintain restaurant safety and cleanliness
- complete required logs and cleaning schedules
- manage equipment repairs and pest control
- maintain professionalism and solve problems proactively
