Job Duties
- Support general manager and restaurant supervisor II in daily operations
- Direct operations in absence of senior management
- Enforce company and government policies
- Maximize restaurant culture and guest experience
- Assist in all positions as needed
- Maintain and improve operational goals via Ops Scorecard (SMG, QSC, WingYou)
- Address SMG customer cases within 24 hours
- Maintain a guest-first culture
- Work varying shifts
- Monitor work hours and avoid unauthorized overtime
- Ensure team compliance with company standards
- Drive team member engagement and retention
- Ensure full training of team members
- Follow cash management and handling policies
- Monitor paid outs, voids, and refunds
- Drive sales and control labor and food costs
- Monitor employee meal utilization
- Assist in staffing and minimize turnover
- Delegate duties via pre-shift huddles
- Complete Zenput forms and tasks
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Log time and temperature and verify restaurant dates
- Complete weekly and monthly cleaning
- Manage work orders and equipment repairs
- Oversee pest control
- Maintain professionalism
- Resolve problems effectively
- Expedite in absence of another supervisor
- Lift up to 50-pound boxes
- Work up to 40 hours per week unless approved for overtime
- Adapt to market and restaurant location changes as needed
- Adjust to business and company changes
