Job Duties
- Supervise and support restaurant staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
- assist in training new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members to enhance performance and development
- manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage while controlling labor costs
- monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency according to Wingstop standards
- address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the restaurant
- assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste
- collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and achieve sales targets
