Job Duties
- Lead in-restaurant walkthroughs focused on operations, guest experience, QSC, safety, and brand standards
- coach and train team members at the station level to build confidence and consistency
- partner with Restaurant Supervisors and General Managers to identify gaps and create impactful training plans
- provide real-time, in-the-moment coaching to leaders and validate follow-through
- evaluate Smart Kitchen (KDS) usage to improve speed of service and execution
- support new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and new system launches
- conduct orientations and ongoing check-ins for leaders in training
- document training, observations, and recognition using Zenput and internal reporting tools
- celebrate wins and recognize top-performing team members
- be a culture driver—bringing positive energy, accountability, and enthusiasm into every restaurant you support
