Job Duties

  • Lead in-restaurant walkthroughs focused on operations, guest experience, QSC, safety, and brand standards
  • coach and train team members at the station level to build confidence and consistency
  • partner with Restaurant Supervisors and General Managers to identify gaps and create impactful training plans
  • provide real-time, in-the-moment coaching to leaders and validate follow-through
  • evaluate Smart Kitchen (KDS) usage to improve speed of service and execution
  • support new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and new system launches
  • conduct orientations and ongoing check-ins for leaders in training
  • document training, observations, and recognition using Zenput and internal reporting tools
  • celebrate wins and recognize top-performing team members
  • be a culture driver bringing positive energy, accountability, and enthusiasm into every restaurant you support
