Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong ability to manage and develop team members
- Excellent operational and financial management skills including P&L and budgeting
- Passion for guest satisfaction and sales growth
- Ability to create a positive and efficient work culture
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to undergo criminal background check
- Ability to pass drug testing
- Consent to soft credit check

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and lead a team of passionate employees fostering a positive work culture
- Oversee financial management such as profit and loss, budgeting, and sales tracking
- Ensure high-quality standards in food preparation, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Implement and maintain customer satisfaction strategies to drive sales growth
- Conduct regular staff training and development initiatives
- Address and resolve operational issues, conflicts, and customer complaints efficiently
