Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including 50-55 hours per week
  • capacity to manage financial responsibilities such as budgeting and P&L
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • ability to pass criminal background check, drug testing, and soft credit check
