Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including 50-55 hours per week
- capacity to manage financial responsibilities such as budgeting and P&L
- commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
- ability to pass criminal background check, drug testing, and soft credit check
