Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven leadership experience in restaurant management
  • ability to manage operational and financial aspects of a high-volume restaurant
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • capability to lead a team effectively and develop staff
  • pass criminal background check
  • pass drug testing
  • pass soft credit check

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • strong ability to manage and develop team members
  • excellent operational and financial management skills including P&L and budgeting
  • passion for guest satisfaction and driving sales growth
  • strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the restaurant team to achieve operational goals
  • manage daily restaurant operations including inventory and quality control
  • oversee financial management including profit and loss and budgeting
  • develop and train team members through hands-on leadership and ongoing development programs
  • ensure a spotless and high-quality standard environment
  • foster a positive and efficient work culture focused on teamwork
  • maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and manage conflict resolution effectively
