Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven leadership experience in restaurant management
- ability to manage operational and financial aspects of a high-volume restaurant
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- capability to lead a team effectively and develop staff
- pass criminal background check
- pass drug testing
- pass soft credit check

- excellent operational and financial management skills including P&L and budgeting

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team to achieve operational goals
- manage daily restaurant operations including inventory and quality control
- oversee financial management including profit and loss and budgeting
- develop and train team members through hands-on leadership and ongoing development programs
- ensure a spotless and high-quality standard environment
- foster a positive and efficient work culture focused on teamwork
- maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and manage conflict resolution effectively
