Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a high-volume restaurant team
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule with 50-55 hours per week
  • Pass background check, drug testing, and soft credit check
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proven leadership experience in high-volume restaurant management
  • Strong operational and financial management skills including P&L and budgeting
  • Excellent team management and development capabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations to achieve financial and service goals
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
  • Oversee daily financial management including budgeting and profit and loss analysis
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and maintain exceptional food quality
  • Coordinate training and development programs for all team members
  • Resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly
