Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing a high-volume restaurant team
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule with 50-55 hours per week
- Pass background check, drug testing, and soft credit check
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proven leadership experience in high-volume restaurant management
- Strong operational and financial management skills including P&L and budgeting
- Excellent team management and development capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations to achieve financial and service goals
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
- Oversee daily financial management including budgeting and profit and loss analysis
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and maintain exceptional food quality
- Coordinate training and development programs for all team members
- Resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly
