Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
  • strong understanding of financial reports and budgeting
  • excellent guest service orientation
  • ability to work 50-55 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to undergo criminal background check, drug testing, and soft credit check

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire restaurant staff to provide exceptional guest service
  • manage daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and high-quality standards
  • oversee financial performance including profit and loss, budgeting, and cost control
  • recruit, train, and develop team members fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • implement company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational excellence
  • drive sales growth and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • resolve conflicts and solve problems promptly to maintain a smooth operational flow
