Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- strong understanding of financial reports and budgeting
- excellent guest service orientation
- ability to work 50-55 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to undergo criminal background check, drug testing, and soft credit check

- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- strong operational and financial management skills including P&L and budgeting

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire restaurant staff to provide exceptional guest service
- manage daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and high-quality standards
- oversee financial performance including profit and loss, budgeting, and cost control
- recruit, train, and develop team members fostering a positive and productive work environment
- implement company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational excellence
- drive sales growth and customer satisfaction initiatives
- resolve conflicts and solve problems promptly to maintain a smooth operational flow
