Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Prior experience in a food service environment is an advantage
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate large-volume cooking equipment
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Clean food preparation areas cooking surfaces and utensils
- Follow Wings Etc Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of food ordered by each customer working on several different orders simultaneously
- Maintain sanitation health and safety standards in work areas
- Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared to Wings Etc SOP
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills deep-fat fryers or griddles
- Read food order printed tickets read Kitchen Video Systems or receive verbal instructions as to food entered by server bartender manager and prepare and cook food according to instructions
- Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity
