Job Requirements

  • three plus years of full service casual dining management experience
  • commitment to providing a legendary experience to every guest
  • ability to lead and develop teams effectively
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • availability for full time employment
  • positive attitude and team-minded approach

Job Qualifications

  • minimum three years of full service casual dining management experience
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • adept at managing budgets and operational systems
  • bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff
  • manage budgets, payroll, and inventory
  • develop and maintain a positive restaurant culture
  • implement operational systems and procedures
  • participate in hiring and staff development
