Job Requirements

- strong team leadership and organizational skills
- commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- three or more years of full-service casual dining management experience
- proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
- bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

- Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently
- lead, train, and develop restaurant team members
- ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
