Job Qualifications

1+ years experience in wine sales and hospitality
computer proficiency, POS software experience
WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or similar wine education certification preferred
developed sensory perception of wines through sight, smell, and taste
strong attention to service and hospitality detail
ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple projects, workload and business partners in a fast-paced environment
exemplary interpersonal communication skills - written and verbal
willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings and holidays

maintain a high level of familiarity with regional wine history, wineries of interest and other hospitality businesses
share your passion, experience, and wine knowledge with guests to create ongoing rapport, elevated hospitality experiences, and ensure guests leave with a full understanding of the RH Wine Vault and its offerings
capture membership sign-ups and retail sales through intuitive guest interactions
open and close the business on a daily basis according to checklists
effectively conduct point of sale procedures and cash handling
maintain hospitality areas to ensure they are kept clean and safe
participate in restocking and wine inventory procedures
