Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work full time
  • Previous experience in beverage or hospitality service preferred
  • Ability to follow time and attendance and uniform procedures
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Capability to lift and carry inventory supplies
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in beverage service or related hospitality role preferred
  • Knowledge of wines and sake is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly courteous and efficient service to all guests with making eye contact smiling and maintaining proper posture
  • Keep sommelier station stocked with wine sake premium wine glasses and wine tools necessary for each service
  • Get bottles of wine and sake to sommeliers for tables having wine and sake service in a timely manner
  • Restock cellar when needed before during and end of service
  • Restock bars at the beginning and end of dinner service
  • Put away new wines in storage and notify Head Sommelier when items are 86ed or low
  • Maintain stock in proper order as to procedural guidelines set forth by Head Sommelier
