Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full time
- Previous experience in beverage or hospitality service preferred
- Ability to follow time and attendance and uniform procedures
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Capability to lift and carry inventory supplies
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in beverage service or related hospitality role preferred
- Knowledge of wines and sake is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Provide friendly courteous and efficient service to all guests with making eye contact smiling and maintaining proper posture
- Keep sommelier station stocked with wine sake premium wine glasses and wine tools necessary for each service
- Get bottles of wine and sake to sommeliers for tables having wine and sake service in a timely manner
- Restock cellar when needed before during and end of service
- Restock bars at the beginning and end of dinner service
- Put away new wines in storage and notify Head Sommelier when items are 86ed or low
- Maintain stock in proper order as to procedural guidelines set forth by Head Sommelier
