- Previous experience in hospitality or beverage service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills

- Knowledge of wines and sake advantageous

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to all guests with making eye contact, smiling and maintaining proper posture
- Keep sommelier station stocked with wine, sake, premium wine glasses and wine tools necessary for each service
- Get bottles of wine/sake to sommeliers for tables having wine/sake service in a timely manner
- Restock cellar when needed before, during, and end of service
- Restock bars at the beginning and end of dinner service
- Put away new wines in storage and notify Head Sommelier when items are 86ed and/or low
- Assist Head Sommelier with maintaining stock in designated wine areas
- Facilitate weekly inventory with Head Sommelier
- Assist beverage receiver with allocating wine and sake deliveries to appropriate storage areas
- Support Head Sommelier preparing wine orders on a daily/weekly basis
- Follow proper time and attendance and uniform procedures
