Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of related experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift and move product weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
  • Knowledge of basic computer operation
  • Ability to engage in frequent walking and standing
  • Ability to multi-task with focus on detail
  • Experience in reading and comprehending simple instructions and memos
  • Experience in writing simple correspondence and procedures
  • Skilled in conflict resolution
  • Skilled in basic arithmetic calculations
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time to company locations for training and meetings
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of tasting room, customer service, retail sales, wine industry, hospitality, team management, public relations, marketing, or teaching and educating others experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Knowledge of basic computer operation
  • Skilled in conflict resolution
  • Experienced in reading and writing simple correspondence and instructions
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Willingness to work weekends and flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds
  • Experience in multi-tasking with focus on detail
  • Ability to engage in frequent walking and standing

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of customer service with graciousness and pride
  • Greet guests and host wine tastings to ensure a great visitor experience
  • Promote and sell wine and non-wine products in the Tasting Room
  • Describe wines, winemaking techniques, and share winery history
  • Handle routine purchasing transactions, operate cash register and manage daily sales accounting
  • Assist with hospitality special events as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to meet financial goals and enhance consumer experiences
