Job Requirements
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of related experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and move product weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
- Knowledge of basic computer operation
- Ability to engage in frequent walking and standing
- Ability to multi-task with focus on detail
- Experience in reading and comprehending simple instructions and memos
- Experience in writing simple correspondence and procedures
- Skilled in conflict resolution
- Skilled in basic arithmetic calculations
- Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time to company locations for training and meetings
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of tasting room, customer service, retail sales, wine industry, hospitality, team management, public relations, marketing, or teaching and educating others experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of basic computer operation
- Skilled in conflict resolution
- Experienced in reading and writing simple correspondence and instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds
- Experience in multi-tasking with focus on detail
- Ability to engage in frequent walking and standing
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of customer service with graciousness and pride
- Greet guests and host wine tastings to ensure a great visitor experience
- Promote and sell wine and non-wine products in the Tasting Room
- Describe wines, winemaking techniques, and share winery history
- Handle routine purchasing transactions, operate cash register and manage daily sales accounting
- Assist with hospitality special events as needed
- Collaborate with the team to meet financial goals and enhance consumer experiences
