Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Valid U.S. Passport
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent for training or events
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, event coordination, or guest services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated financial acumen
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and evenings
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- WSET Level 2 or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality or wine education preferred
- Outstanding verbal presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems a plus
- Collaborative and proactive team approach
Job Duties
- Create and deliver engaging wine presentations for guests of all knowledge levels
- Conduct guided tastings, pairing experiences, and educational seminars
- Lead guided tours of the winery, vineyards, and production facilities
- Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and guest safety during tours
- Support event logistics and provide personalized service for VIP experiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of winery portfolio and industry trends
- Assist in daily set-up and break-down of tasting rooms and hospitality spaces
