Job Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age required
- partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy
- high school diploma or GED and five or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required
- food handler certification required
- TABC/LACT certification required

- advanced knowledge of alcohol regulations and guidelines
- advanced knowledge of beer and wine products
- ability to read and operate bar equipment

- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Develops professional relationships with customers and provides education on beer and wine as well as food pairings
- works with pricing department to ensure accuracy of price tags
- maintains thorough knowledge on all beer, wine, and humidor offerings
- maintains wine selection and provides management with input on requested wines/beers as well as top sellers
- assists with product ordering according to clientele, specific season, promotions, etc.
- works with category management personnel to ensure vendor pricing is accurate and reasonable
- maintains appealing shelf displays and appropriate labeling of products according to company standards
