High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in wine and spirits or related customer service roles preferred
strong interpersonal and sales skills
availability to work flexible weekend shifts
reliable transportation
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to learn and use educational materials

excellent communication skills
friendly and approachable demeanor
sales experience preferred
