Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies
- Ability to apply on-the-job safety training to recognize and react to possible safety hazards
- Knowledge of hand jack, baler, forklift, pallet jack, trash compactor, proper lifting techniques, and proper scanning techniques
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age in order to sample products sold in the wine and spirits department
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers

Job Duties
- Be a product guide by helping guests find what they’re looking for, offer recommendations, and take special orders
- Deliver great service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling supported
- Support the team by working alongside associates and leadership to meet department goals and maintain high standards
- Keep things running by maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accurate pricing, and keeping shelves stocked and organized
- Operate the register with accuracy and a smile
- Ensure cleanliness by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
- Communicate and collaborate with vendors, managers, and fellow associates to exceed expectations
- Honor commitments through regular, timely attendance and providing notice for absences
- Support the team with other duties as assigned
