Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies
  • Ability to apply on-the-job safety training to recognize and react to possible safety hazards
  • Knowledge of hand jack, baler, forklift, pallet jack, trash compactor, proper lifting techniques, and proper scanning techniques

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age in order to sample products sold in the wine and spirits department
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers

  • Knowledge of hand jack, baler, forklift, pallet jack, trash compactor, proper lifting techniques, and proper scanning techniques

Job Duties

  • Be a product guide by helping guests find what they’re looking for, offer recommendations, and take special orders
  • Deliver great service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling supported
  • Support the team by working alongside associates and leadership to meet department goals and maintain high standards
  • Keep things running by maintaining inventory levels, ensuring accurate pricing, and keeping shelves stocked and organized
  • Operate the register with accuracy and a smile
  • Ensure cleanliness by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
  • Communicate and collaborate with vendors, managers, and fellow associates to exceed expectations
  • Honor commitments through regular, timely attendance and providing notice for absences
  • Support the team with other duties as assigned
