Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
  • minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
  • minimum of 2 years managing a wine and beverage program in a high volume environment
  • strong wine and beverage training experience
  • Level I sommelier preferred
  • availability to work a flexible schedule
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing department associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
  • implement effective security protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of employees and guests
  • create memorable experiences for guests and authentically connect with them while participating in community outreach activities and events
  • manage the beverage department's P&L, develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, and grow guest counts
  • ensure all menu items are prepared according to recipe and presented at high standards
  • enforce safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities
  • foster a passionate culture within the restaurant by living the company’s principles and beliefs
