Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience
  • Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of managing a wine and beverage program in high volume environment
  • Strong wine and beverage training experience
  • Level I sommelier preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, foster an inclusive environment, develop department associates, hold the team accountable constructively and supportively
  • Implement effective security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of employees and guests
  • Create memorable guest experiences and authentically connect with guests while participating in community outreach activities and events
  • Manage beverage department P&L, develop sales initiatives, increase profitability, grow guest count, and foster learning through wine and beverage training programs
  • Ensure quality food and drink presentation according to recipe and high standards
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities
  • Live and promote company Principles and Beliefs, be a role model, and foster a passionate, fun culture within the restaurant
