- advanced wine or sommelier certificate
- minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in wine or hospitality industry
- strong interpersonal skills

- strong computer proficiency with MS Office

Job Duties
- prepare daily lesson plans and teach classes as scheduled
- administer lectures and hands-on classes on campus, off campus, or remotely
- advise students needing extra help or career guidance
- provide regular and constructive feedback to students
- evaluate and document student performance
- submit course grades promptly
- compile and present instructional material according to syllabi and schedules
- maintain student attendance and progress records
- maintain discipline during instructional activities
- develop requisitions and maintain inventory for curriculum supplies
- communicate through appropriate channels
- enforce sanitation and academic policies
- manage institute equipment and facilities
- support the education department's strategic direction
- assume classroom equipment responsibility
- perform additional duties as assigned
