Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven sales experience or related customer service background
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • Proof of insurance
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Comfort using technology and learning new sales tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Passion or background in design and décor
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and be resourceful
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Full-time availability including one weekend day
  • Proficiency with PCs and Windows software
  • Experience in sales, home improvement, décor, customer service, hospitality, teaching, security systems or solar is a plus
