Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience necessary as paid training is provided
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with no night, weekend, or holiday shifts
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including climbing ladders
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Clean windows and glass surfaces at commercial and residential locations
- Use ladders for reaching up to three stories safely
- Travel between multiple job sites as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Perform minimal paperwork related to job assignments
- Work independently or paired with a team member
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
