Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience necessary but beneficial
- Must be legally authorized to work
- Ability to perform physical labor including climbing ladders
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday during business hours
- Ability to pass background check

Job Duties
- Clean windows at commercial and residential locations including retail stores, office buildings, and malls
- Use ladders and appropriate cleaning equipment safely
- Travel between job sites efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Perform required minimal paperwork accurately
- Work independently or with a partner to complete daily assignments
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
