Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation for travel between job sites
- Maintain liability car insurance
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be self-motivated and capable of working alone
- Willing to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Job Duties
- Clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings three stories or less
- Work from the ground or on ladders for residential tasks
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients
- Travel between job sites using personal transportation
- Perform tasks efficiently to meet performance-based pay criteria
- Handle minimal paperwork related to work completed
- Maintain company equipment and uniforms provided
