Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with accreditation
  • minimum two years event marketing or related experience
  • knowledge of firearms and ammunition
  • proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • SAP experience preferred
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • valid state driver’s license
  • ability to travel at least 30 days per year including weekends
  • clearance to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to export license approved by Directorate of Defense Trade Controls

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or marketing
  • minimum two years of experience in event marketing, retail, or sales
  • knowledge of firearms and ammunition
  • proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • experience with SAP preferred
  • excellent creativity and communication skills
  • strong self-motivation and organizational abilities
  • effective project management and problem-solving skills
  • demonstrated ability to manage priorities and collaborate in a team setting

Job Duties

  • Coordinate event contracts and agency relations
  • schedule and manage event logistics including rentals and creative assets
  • oversee booth management including setup and teardown
  • manage warehousing and branded merchandise sales
  • staff events and ensure overall brand presence
  • develop creative engagement strategies to build brand loyalty and purchase intent
  • support and promote new product launches at trade and consumer events
