Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays
- Year-round availability
- Physically able to perform the tasks of a fast-paced food service job
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to operate point-of-sale technology
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous food service experience is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous
Job Duties
- Greet customers and explain the current cookie menu
- Take orders and process payments
- Answer phone calls and assist with product questions
- Mix dough and bake cookies adhering to quality and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth store operations
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
