Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous people management experience
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • Physical ability to stand up to 10 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and occasionally climb ladders
  • Ability to use bilateral motion with fingers and wrists
  • Must be able to reliably report to work on time
  • Responsible and acceptable to change

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Basic language and mathematical skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week
  • Willingness and availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of assigned restaurant location
  • Provide courteous and pleasant service to customers
  • Supervise and develop restaurant employees
  • Ensure food quality and merchandising standards
  • Manage employee staffing and scheduling
  • Maintain store profitability and operational efficiency
