Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous people management experience
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
- Physical ability to stand up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and occasionally climb ladders
- Ability to use bilateral motion with fingers and wrists
- Must be able to reliably report to work on time
- Responsible and acceptable to change
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Basic language and mathematical skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to work 50 hours per week
- Willingness and availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of assigned restaurant location
- Provide courteous and pleasant service to customers
- Supervise and develop restaurant employees
- Ensure food quality and merchandising standards
- Manage employee staffing and scheduling
- Maintain store profitability and operational efficiency
