Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- ability to make extended trips of up to four hours in car each way
- availability for extreme travel including at all hours under high-risk or dangerous settings
- physical and mental resilience to manage travel demands and client interactions
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to attend ongoing training sessions
- willingness to perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties
- greet clients and visitors courteously
- answer client questions and provide accurate information
- direct clients to appropriate program areas
- collect and record relevant client information
- attend training sessions to stay updated on program changes
- make extended trips of up to four hours by car to support travel teams
- perform other duties as assigned
