Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to make extended trips of up to four hours in car each way
- willingness to travel routinely under extreme conditions such as all hours of the day and night in high risk or dangerous settings
- availability for heavy travel for long distances
- capability to follow company protocols and procedures

Job Duties
- Greet clients politely and professionally
- answer client inquiries and provide accurate information
- direct clients to the appropriate departments or personnel
- collect and record necessary client information
- attend training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on program changes
- undertake extended travel for work purposes, including trips up to four hours each way
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
