Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to make extended trips of up to four hours each way in a car
- Willingness and ability to travel routinely under extreme conditions including all hours of day and night
- Capable of working in high risk or dangerous settings
- Physical capability to handle travel demands
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Capable of learning and adapting to new program updates
- Willingness to travel extensively under varying conditions
Job Duties
- Greet clients upon arrival
- Answer questions and provide information
- Direct clients to the proper place or department
- Take and record appropriate client information
- Attend training sessions to learn new skills and stay updated on program changes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Travel under extreme conditions as required for WIC Travel Teams
