Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to travel extensively including extended trips up to four hours each way
  • capability to travel under extreme conditions such as all hours of day and night
  • willingness to work in high-risk or dangerous settings
  • physical and mental readiness for heavy travel to long distances
  • effective client interaction skills
  • commitment to confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle routine and high-pressure client interactions
  • proficiency in basic computer applications and office equipment
  • willingness to participate in continuous training
  • adaptability to diverse work environments and schedules

Job Duties

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally
  • answer questions accurately and provide clear information
  • direct clients to the appropriate personnel or service areas
  • collect and record client information securely and efficiently
  • attend ongoing training to learn new skills and stay updated on program changes
  • undertake extended travel of up to four hours each way when required
  • perform other administrative duties as assigned
