Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • ability to analyze financial statements
  • availability to travel frequently
  • valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • minimum 5 years experience in multi-unit restaurant management
  • proven leadership and coaching skills
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety and labor laws
  • ability to manage budgets and financial reports

Job Duties

  • Lead coach develop train manage and mentor store managers
  • visit restaurants to evaluate operational compliance
  • oversee and assess restaurant operations for standards and targets
  • analyze sales profit and budgets offering feedback
  • resolve guest and employee complaints and conflicts
  • oversee development and succession planning for management
  • promote communication and share company news and best practices
