Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
- ability to analyze financial statements
- availability to travel frequently
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Lead coach develop train manage and mentor store managers
- visit restaurants to evaluate operational compliance
- oversee and assess restaurant operations for standards and targets
- analyze sales profit and budgets offering feedback
- resolve guest and employee complaints and conflicts
- oversee development and succession planning for management
- promote communication and share company news and best practices
