Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass CORI background check
- This job involves cannabis and requires that you be at least 21 years old
- Experience with customer service or inventory management is required
- No more than 2 moving violations and one at-fault accident within the last 3 years
- No major traffic citations or incidents in the past 5 years
- Previous delivery and or logistics experience a plus
- Experience with METRC a plus

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to all vendors
- Follow state regulations and guidance while in company vehicle
- Build rapport with vendors to ensure they continue to order from Good Chemistry
- Must be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts
- Accurately pack orders and create METRC manifests for scheduled deliveries
- Compile certificates of analysis (COA’s) for orders
- Check and confirm accuracy for orders across METRC manifest, invoice, and physical counts
- Upload products on wholesale menu
- Create invoices and maintain vendor paperwork
- Represent Good Chemistry as an ambassador to the brand at pop-ups and other industry events
- Maintain current and training modules and update as needed
- Follow detailed operating procedures to ensure compliance and order accuracy
- Educate patients and customers on Good Chemistry’s message, strains, products, delivery methods, potency, proper storage of medicine, serving size, and tolerance
- Complete daily checklists, opening and closing duties and maintain clean appearance of delivery vehicles
- Possess accurate knowledge of product price points
- Guide customers to appropriate resources including website and internet menus
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Other duties as assigned
